Who We Are

We are a local community church networked with Assemblies of God.aog.org.uk

We have been in the area as a church since the 1920s but in our current building since 1987. We are a friendly church with a family atmosphere, we like lively worship but also quieter times in God’s presence. We love an excuse to eat, drink tea, coffee and have a good laugh, generally we don’t need an excuse though.
We love God’s word and want Him in every aspect of our lives.

Our Heart

We love God and want to worship Him - Father, Son and Holy Spirit by our whole lives. We want to be continually growing in our walk with God and others through a personal relationship with Jesus, His love, clear Bible teaching and connecting as a family. We believe in blessing our community in lots of ways many are very practical. Check out Community Outreach.

What We Beleive

We believe that everyone is created in God’s image Genesis 1:27 and God has a purpose for each one Jeremiah 29:11. He loves all and made a way for everyone to have a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ if they choose John 3:16.
